The Infusion Center of Jacksonville is Open for Business

The Infusion Center of Jacksonville, an MPP Infusion Center, is officially open for business and accepting patient referrals. The center offers a wide variety of intravenous medications and subcutaneous injections to treat a number of conditions. The infusion therapy process can take one or more hours, depending on the diagnosis. MPP Infusion Centers work to make the time patients spend in their facility as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Created over 10 years ago by an infusion patient for infusion patients, MPP has since grown to more than 11 clinics in three states. MPP and staff have created a patient friendly environment with the highest quality of patient care, allowing MPP to become an accredited Joint Commission organization.

Each referral sent to MPP is handled with individualized care and attention to get the patient scheduled for treatment.  Their on-site patient resource officer assists each patient and provides information for any infusion-related and scheduling questions. Once treatment is completed, a copy of the patient’s infusion/injection notes is sent to the referring office so the provider can follow up with the patient accordingly. This attention and past success to personalized care is something that the Infusion Center of Jacksonville will bring to the Jacksonville and Northeast Florida community. The center’s on-site staff, along with their advanced practitioner, welcome any guests who wish to stop by and see the facility.  Located near I-295 and Gate Pkwy., patients and visitors have easy access to the facility and free parking.

Providers may fax or scan patient referrals to the MPP intake staff at 855-891-2191. MPP’s corporate intake team completes all prior authorizations, including medical coverage, out of pocket expense analysis, potential patient assistance programs including free drug, specialty pharmacy and home infusion requests.
