When will I receive my copy of the publication I advertised in?
All advertisers receive a copy of the publication(s) they advertise in through the mail. If you have not received your copy, please contact a Sales Representative.

How much does it cost to advertise in one of Heritage Publishing’s publications?
It depends on the type and size of ad you purchase as well as the publication. Contact one of our sales representatives to obtain a media kit for the publication you wish to advertise in.

I’m an advertiser; can you create my ad for me?
We take great pride in producing high-quality, creative and effective advertisements for many of our clients—large and small—at no additional cost. You’ll be able to discuss layout, design and copy with our designers to achieve the exact advertisement you are looking for.
Where can I see advertisements that were designed by the HPI Design Department?
Please check the digital copy of our Publications for seeing samples of our advertisement and directory design.
What if I already have an advertisement I like, can you use it?
We accept camera-ready, pre-designed ads in Adobe InDesign (.indd with supporting files), Adobe Illustrator (.ai with fonts converted to outline), Adobe Acrobat (High Resolution .pdf file).
Who do I send my artwork to?
You may send artwork to hpiart@heritagepublishinginc.com. Please include your business name and publication title in the subject line. You may also conveniently upload online.

Data included in the directories and guides produced by Heritage Publishing, Inc. are the product of our Data Department’s careful research and verification process.
How can I or my organization be listed in one or more HPI publications?
Our publications list individuals and practices for a certain industry, in a designated area. Our health care guides provide one listing for each health care provider. Our senior directories list organizations that provide information on senior programs and services for elderly citizens.
Each year, our Data Specialists contact and verify each listed in every guide, as well as research new listings.
However, you do not need to wait for our Data Specialists to contact you in order to update your current listing or add a new one. Update your listing online, or call us at 904-296-1304.
Can I be listed in publications designated for areas outside of my practice area?
Yes, if you are an advertiser. Every physician or organization is entitled to one free listing in the health care publication that covers their practice area. Only advertisers can be listed in publications outside of their practice area. Please contact our Sales Department for more information.
How many categories can I be listed in?
In most cases, individuals or organizations can only be listed in one category each. However, advertisers may be listed in multiple categories. Those listed may choose which categories are most appropriate for their business and inform the Data Department or Sales Representative.
How does the Data Department verify each listing?
Our Data Specialists verify each listing through personal contact with the office of the individual or the organization. While many organizations keep their websites or online directories up-to-date, we do not rely on web content to verify our listings. We also use online phone books and search engines to research listings, but do not rely on the accuracy of those sources. We contact each office or organization primarily through phone, email and fax.

Each directory and guide produced by Heritage Publishing, Inc. is carefully proofed and edited by a team of experienced, professional writers and editors.
Does HPI only do in-house articles for their publications?
The editorial staff at HPI does write original articles for the publications; however, these are not the only articles that are published. Advertisers can submit their own articles or work with one of our editors on a collaborated article. These articles, referred to as advertorials, are subject to approval by the publisher. Please contact a Sales Representative to discuss your ideas for editorial content.
Can the Editor provide ad copy for my advertisement?
Yes, our experienced editorial staff will produce the ideal material at no additional cost to you as our client.
Are the materials I submit reviewed before they are published?
As a professional courtesy, all documents are proofed and edited for proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, syntax, etc.
Who do I send my material to?
To begin the proofing and editing process, please submit your documents in Word or PDF format to your Sales Representative, who will then forward it to the Editor, or you may send the content directly to our Editor.
Include your business name and the publication title in the subject line, and be sure to include your name, phone number and email address in the email, so we can contact you with any questions or concerns.
Can I mail documents to the Editor?
Yes, however, mailed materials will only be returned to the sender if a stamped, self-addressed envelope is included.
